There is guaranteed a little something for everybody!  Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, whether you prefer yoga or weights, there is plenty to choose from.  Each class is presented with options, so depending on your skillset and experience you can choose what is best for you.  That said, we have also rated the intensity of each class so you know what to expect. For those of you who are at the start of your exercise journey, we suggest you pick classes with a lower intensity and work your way up safely.  We encourage all our members to give everything a go and we love welcoming new faces in classes.  #giveitago

 With internationally certified instructors and regional trainers for Les Mills,  you can be certain that you are going to get an effectively designed work out, form and safety will be closely monitored and most importantly, you will get to have fun and enjoy being active with friends.

Kids Classes


Our kids classes cater for all children over 3 yrs.

With a large variety of activities for your tots and teens to choose from including classes, kids camps and seasonal happenings, our younger members will never be short of choice.  Our Kids Fitness Team are exceptionally accommodating, flexible and inclusive.  The main aim is to present kids fitness in a fun and engaging way that develops healthy habits early on.

My Zone

The MyZone physical activity belt puts a technological spin on your workout, making your results trackable and tangible.  The belt itself measures heart rate, calories and effort spent. By allowing you to measure your performance in real time, you can use it as a prompt to work a little harder, compete against your personal best and importantly track your progress over time.
