Personal Training is not just for life long fitness addicts – personal training is great for anyone, beginner or advanced, who would like 1-to-1 advice on their training methods and to be motivated through a workout by a qualified professional who understands your goals and can help monitor your progress.
When you begin personal training we will provide you with a personal training charter– this tells you exactly what your trainer will do for you and what you can do for yourself to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.
Al Corniche Club offers 30 minute and 50 minute personal training sessions. Packages are also available, plus personal training in pairs or small groups – why not bring a partner or friend to help motivate you through your workout whilst you have some fun?
We also have a dedicated state-of-the-art studio called Life Personal Training Studio. The studio brings you to life with its vibrant colours, beautiful set up and a breathtaking view of the sea. The PT studio is very spacious and has very few training equipments giving you ample of room for training.
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all personal training sessions, any less that this will result in the full price being charged.
