I lost it at the Club

What is this?
We want you to lose it with us! We want our members and our team to live longer, healthier, happier lives! Exercise is an extremely effective way to achieve this goal. Al Corniche Club is giving all your healthy resolutions a kick start through our ‘I lost it at the Club’ programme.

How does it work?
You sign up (completely free!) at the Fitness Reception. The team will then register you for a ‘Meet the Trainer’ session to get you started. Your trainer will discuss your goals, your lifestyle & take your weight & measurements. You will be given a programme to follow based on the time you have available. We’ll meet you again for ‘Follow Up!’ sessions after 4 weeks and 8 weeks to see how well you have done with your weight loss goals.

What’s in it for me?
Exercise makes you feel good! You should lose weight and benefit from a lot of other improvements to your well being.

Will it work?
If you don’t come to the gym, then probably not! But if you visit us regularly and make an effort to eat more healthily it should do! Last year, the participants of ‘I lost it at the Club’ in Fitness Clubs across the USA, lost more than 22,000 pounds of body weight. That should give you something to aim for!
