At the beginning of your membership, we like to get to know you a little bit, understand what sort of exercise you have been doing recently and where you would like to see yourself in the next 3-6 months?  What are your fitness goals?  We believe that by understanding your individual needs we can offer the kind of personalized attention required and assist in your goal achievement.  Some people have a very clear idea of what they would like to do, in which case, we are on standby to answer questions as and when needed.  Others might prefer to have an exercise plan designed for them or need some advice about returning to exercise.  Either way, we are dedicated to supporting in the ways that feel right for you!
